Protein Balls
Delicious no-bake protein balls made with vegan chocolate chips!
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or your favorite nut-butter substitute
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cupt ground flax seed
- 1 scoop plant-based protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla
Add all to a bowl and mix together with clean hands.
Form into balls by rolling about a tbsp between your hands.
Enjoy! Store extras in the fridge in a closed container.
