Protein Balls

Delicious no-bake protein balls made with vegan chocolate chips!
Course Snack
Servings 24 Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or your favorite nut-butter substitute
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cupt ground flax seed
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Add all to a bowl and mix together with clean hands.
  • Form into balls by rolling about a tbsp between your hands.
  • Enjoy! Store extras in the fridge in a closed container.
