Homemade Chocolate Granola
The perfect chocolate granola recipe with no nuts, gluten, or dairy!
- 3 cups gluten free rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp cane sugar I use coconut sugar and actually recommend it if you can do coconut
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/3 cup coco powder
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup allergen friendly chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 340 degrees F.
Mix everything except the chocolate chips together really well in a bowl - it can be helpful to mix all the dry ingredients before adding the oil and honey.
Put mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and use a spoon to spread it out into an even layer.
Bake in oven for about 20 minutes.
Pour chocolate chips evenly over the granola while still warm then let cool completely before breaking into chunks.
Enjoy as a tasty snack or in a bowl with your favorite dairy-free milk.
Store in an airtight container until ready to eat, up to two weeks.
