Homemade Chocolate Granola

The perfect chocolate granola recipe with no nuts, gluten, or dairy!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups gluten free rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp cane sugar I use coconut sugar and actually recommend it if you can do coconut
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/3 cup coco powder
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup allergen friendly chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 340 degrees F.
  • Mix everything except the chocolate chips together really well in a bowl - it can be helpful to mix all the dry ingredients before adding the oil and honey.
  • Put mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and use a spoon to spread it out into an even layer.
  • Bake in oven for about 20 minutes.
  • Pour chocolate chips evenly over the granola while still warm then let cool completely before breaking into chunks.
  • Enjoy as a tasty snack or in a bowl with your favorite dairy-free milk.
  • Store in an airtight container until ready to eat, up to two weeks.
