Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes

These banana chocolate chip pancakes are gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free, for the perfect allergen friendly breakfast!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 2/3 cups dairy-free milk
  • 6 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 2 cups gluten free flour blend
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup allergen friendly chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Add all the wet ingredients together, including the mashed banana, and mix well.
  • In a medium sized bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix together.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Heat up a non-stick frying pan and pour batter into pan (a little less than a third cup per pancake).
  • Cook until golden brown and then flip and cook opposite side until golden brown.
  • Serve with your favorite dairy-free butter and maple syrup!
